Images & Logo Protection

Why was a post held for logo review when the photo has no logo?

Most often because the logo check could not finish, not because a logo was found. A Logo review label can mean:

  • the AlgoPoint server could not be reached,
  • an image in the article could not be downloaded or read,
  • the answer was not clear — something in a photo looked similar to a known logo.

Logo Protection holds the post in these cases on purpose, so no unchecked photo goes live. Also remember that the check covers the featured image and up to 5 article images, so the flagged photo may not be the featured one.

What to do:

  1. Open the post with Edit and read the yellow notice at the top.
  2. Click Open the flagged image if it is shown.
  3. If all photos are fine, click Publish.

If many held posts say the service could not be reached, check that your server can connect to algopointai.com, or contact support. See Posts held for logo review.
