News photos are usually protected by copyright, and the rules depend on the photo, the source and your country. AI AutoPost cannot decide this for you, and this answer is not legal advice — if you are unsure, ask a qualified adviser.
What AI AutoPost does:
- It uses only the photos the source provides; it does not create AI images.
- Logo Protection checks photos for known channel and news-website logos before posting, because branded photos carry an extra risk.
- Each post links back to the original story with a Source link.
What you can do:
- Prefer feeds whose publishers allow reuse of their content and photos.
- Replace a featured image with one you own or have a licence for, using Remove featured image and Set featured image in the post editor.
- Remove a photo straight away if a rights holder asks you to.
