General Questions

How does AI AutoPost work from feed to published post?

AI AutoPost works with campaigns. A campaign has one or more feed URLs, a category and a schedule, and each time it runs it takes one new article from its feeds and turns it into a post.

  1. Fetch: it reads the feeds and picks an item it has not imported before.
  2. Full article: it opens the source page and imports the full text, not just the feed summary.
  3. Images: it saves the photo to your Media Library and sets the featured image.
  4. Logo check: Logo Protection looks for TV channel or news website logos; posts with a logo are held as Pending Review.
  5. AI rewrite: if the campaign uses AI, the headline and article are rewritten in your chosen language for 1 credit.
  6. SEO: it adds an SEO title, meta description, keywords, a short slug, tags and image ALT text.
  7. Save: the post goes into your category as Published, Draft or Pending Review.

Every step is recorded in AI AutoPost → Log, including the reason when an item is skipped, for example a duplicate title or an article that is too short.
