Licence activation fails when the key is incomplete, already bound to another domain, paused, or when your server cannot reach algopointai.com. The message in the Plugin Licence box tells you which one it is.
- Please enter a licence key. The field was empty. Paste the key and try again.
- Invalid license key. Copy the full key again with the Copy button in your Dashboard, without spaces before or after it.
- License is bound to a different domain The key is already active on another site, or your site address has changed. Click Reset Domain in your Dashboard, then activate again.
- Unable to reach the licence server. Your server could not connect to algopointai.com. Try again later or ask your host to allow outgoing connections.
- Licence is paused Switch the key on again with Turn key on in your Dashboard.
If it still fails, open a support ticket with a screenshot of the message and your site address.
