A billing address is required for every purchase — post packs and monthly plans alike — because it goes on your invoice. Checkout won't continue without it and asks for your full address: street, city, state and PIN code.
The address you enter at checkout is also saved in your Profile. To change it later, or to add a company name and GSTIN to your invoices:
