How soon are my credits added after I pay?

Your credits — or your plan's posts — are added as soon as our team confirms your UPI payment. Every payment is checked by our team, so there is a short wait after you click I've Completed Payment.

• While it is being checked, the invoice in Billing shows Payment being verified.
• Once it is confirmed, the status changes to Paid. The new balance shows in your Dashboard and, within a few minutes, in WordPress.
• For a monthly plan, your first 30 days start only once the payment is verified, so no plan days are lost while you wait.
• AI campaigns that stopped for lack of credits continue on their next run.

To help us match your payment quickly, pay exactly the amount shown and, for an invoice, add the invoice number in the payment note. If you have a question about a payment, contact support.
