It depends on whether the old site should keep posting. Move the licence when one site replaces another; get a second licence when both sites must run campaigns at the same time.
- Move the licence — for a new domain, a rebrand or a site you are closing. Click Reset Domain on the Licenses page of your Dashboard, then activate the key on the new site. Your credits move with the licence and the old site stops running campaigns. Each licence includes 3 domain changes.
- Get a second licence — for running two or more sites side by side. One key cannot be active on two domains at once, and resetting it back and forth would only use up your domain changes. Contact support to set up an extra licence, so each site has its own key.
If a site only needs a break, use Pause key instead: campaigns stop, no credits are used and the domain stays bound until you click Turn key on. Before moving a site, export your campaigns in Settings → Export / Import Campaigns and import them on the new site.
