Can I copy my campaigns to another WordPress site?

Yes. Export the campaigns to a JSON file and import that file on the other site.

1. On the first site, go to AI AutoPost → Settings → Export / Import Campaigns and click Export All Campaigns. To export only some, tick them in All Campaigns, choose Export in Bulk actions and click Apply. You get a file like mcp-campaigns-2026-10-05.json.
2. On the other site, click Import Campaigns at the top of All Campaigns (or use Settings → Export / Import Campaigns) and choose the file. You see N campaign(s) imported successfully.
3. Open each imported campaign and check Categories and Post Author. They are linked to category and user IDs, which are different on every site.

Imported campaigns are always added as new; existing campaigns are never overwritten. Post counts and "last run" start fresh, and each campaign keeps its Live or Draft state, so check it before it starts posting. The other site needs AI AutoPost with an active licence. To reuse a campaign on the same site, click Clone instead; the copy is saved as a Draft.
