The campaigns list

AI AutoPost → All Campaigns shows every campaign with Campaign Title (and a Live or Draft badge), Feed URL, Category, New Post Status, Posts / max and Last run.

  • Filter by All, Published or Draft at the top.
  • Use All Categories and All Post Statuses with Filter.
  • Search with Search Campaigns.
  • Hover a title to see Edit, Clone and Delete.

Clone a campaign

Click Clone under a campaign. A copy is made:

  • Its name ends with - Clone.
  • It is saved as a Draft, so it does not run yet.
  • Its post count starts at zero.

You see Campaign cloned. Review the settings below and publish when ready. Change the feeds or category, then click Publish.

Tip: Build one perfect campaign, then clone it for each category. Only the feeds and category need to change.

Export

  • All campaigns: AI AutoPost → Settings → Export / Import Campaigns → Export All Campaigns.
  • Some campaigns: in All Campaigns, tick them, choose Export in Bulk actions and click Apply.

You get a file like mcp-campaigns-2026-10-05.json. Keep it as a backup before big changes.

Import

  • In All Campaigns, click Import Campaigns at the top and choose the JSON file, or
  • In Settings → Export / Import Campaigns, choose the file and click Import Campaigns.

You see N campaign(s) imported successfully.

Important points:

  • Imported campaigns are always added as new. Existing campaigns are never overwritten.
  • Post counts and "last run" start fresh.
  • On another site, open each imported campaign and check Categories and Post Author. They are linked to category and user IDs, which are different on every site.
  • An imported campaign keeps its Live or Draft state. Check it before it starts posting.

Delete

Click Delete under a campaign, or tick several and use Delete in Bulk actions. Posts already created are not deleted.

Note: A deleted campaign forgets which articles it has used. If you create it again with the same feeds, recent articles may be posted again (posts with the same title are still skipped).
