A campaign is one set of rules: which feeds to read, how to write the posts, where to file them and how often to post. You can have as many campaigns as you like, for example one per category.
Open the editor
Go to AI AutoPost → Add New Campaign. To change an existing one, open AI AutoPost → All Campaigns and click Edit under its name.
The boxes, from top to bottom
- Title – a name only you see, for example
Sports - Hindi. - Run & Status – Last run, Next run and the Run Now button (after the first save). See Run Now and the Log.
- Campaign Options – Feed URL(s), Post Author, Set feed item categories as post tags and Disable comments on imported posts. See RSS feeds and full article extraction.
- Content Settings – link and script cleaning, the source link, the Content extraction method, word limits and skip keywords. See Filters - skip keywords, word limits and duplicates.

In the right column:
- Update Frequency – how often to post, and an optional Start Time. See Campaign schedule - frequency, start time and max posts.
- Publish – Save Draft, New Post Status, Categories, Max posts and the Publish button. See Category, author and post status.
Save: Publish or Save Draft
- Publish saves the campaign and makes it Live. It runs on its schedule.
- Save Draft saves it but keeps it inactive. A draft campaign never runs on its own.
After saving you see Campaign saved. In All Campaigns, live campaigns show a green Live badge.
