Run Now
After a campaign is saved, the Run & Status box shows a Run Now button.
- It fetches one new article immediately and creates the post.
- It ignores the schedule and the Start Time.
- It needs an active licence.
- If the campaign uses AI, your credits are checked first. Without enough credits it stops and shows Not enough credits with a Buy Credits button. No credits are used.
The button shows Running… while it works. This can take up to a minute because of the article download, AI and images.
The result card
Next to Run & Status a card shows the result:
- Campaign ran successfully – with the new post, an Edit and View link, credits used and remaining.
- Campaign partly completed.
- No new posts this time – There were no new items in the campaign feeds, or every item was skipped on purpose (for example duplicate titles).
- Campaign run failed – with the reason from the Log.
Run All Campaigns Now
AI AutoPost → Settings → Manual Run has Run All Campaigns Now. It starts the scheduled check right away: every live campaign that is due runs now. To force one campaign, use its Run Now button.
The Log
Open AI AutoPost → Log. It shows the latest 200 events, newest first, with Time, Level (INFO, WARNING, ERROR) and Message. Clear Log empties it.
Common messages:
- Feed … unreachable or returned 0 items – the feed is down or empty. The next feed is tried.
- had N items but none were new/usable – everything was used before or skipped.
- Skipped "…" — too short / too long – word limits.
- Skipped "…" — title contains "…" – skip keywords.
- Skipped "…" — duplicate title.
- SKIPPED "…" — no image in the feed item or the article.
- image could not be downloaded after 3 attempts – see No image or image download failed.
- AI Batch FAILED – see AI errors and credit problems.
- failed 3 times — skipped, the campaign moves on to the next article.
- [LOGO] … HOLD or MANUAL_REVIEW – held by Logo Protection.
- Max posts limit (N) reached, stopping.
- Created post #123 – success.
Tip: When you ask support for help, send a screenshot of the Log. It usually shows the answer.
