AI errors and credit problems

When the AI request for a post fails, the post is not created. AI AutoPost never publishes raw prompt text. The Log shows AI Batch FAILED: … and Post SKIPPED: AI failed, not saving raw prompt text as post.

No AI credits remaining

Messages: No AI credits remaining. Purchase more credits., No AI AutoPost credits remaining. or Not enough credits after Run Now.

• Click Buy Credits in the credit box, or open your Dashboard → Buy Post Credits. See Buy credits and plans.
• After payment is verified, AI posting continues on the next run.
• Articles that waited for credits are tried again. They are not counted as failed.
• Campaigns without AI keep running meanwhile.

No active licence

Message: No active licence. Activate your licence to use AI credits.

Activate the licence in AI AutoPost → Settings → Plugin Licence. See Activate your licence.

License is bound to a different domain / not activated

The licence belongs to another domain, or was reset. Activate it again on this site, or use Reset Domain in your Dashboard first. See Licence and domains.

AI generation failed / AI returned empty response

Messages like AI generation failed. Please try again in a few minutes. or AI returned empty response. are usually short problems with the AI service.

• Nothing is charged for a failed request.
• The same article is tried again on the next run. After 3 failed tries it is skipped and the campaign moves on.
• If it happens for many hours, contact support.

AI batch request failed (connection error or timeout)

Your server could not reach algopointai.com, or waited too long.

• Ask your host whether outgoing connections to algopointai.com are allowed.
• Very long articles take longer. Use 300 or 500 words.

The AI sent no SEO data for this post

Credits used faster than expected

• Every AI-written post uses 1 credit. Count your campaigns and how often they post.
• Rewrite again (1 extra AI credit) in the SEO duplicate setting uses an extra credit for near-duplicates.
• Check Credit History in your Dashboard for every use.

AI writes in the wrong language

Check Auto Setup → Post language — all campaigns, and the Language in the campaign's Prompt Builder. Turn off Enable auto-translation if the AI already writes in your language. See Post language for all posts.
