Campaign not posting

A checklist to find out why a campaign creates no posts, from licence and schedule to feeds and filters.

Work through this list from top to bottom. Most problems are found in the first five steps.

1. Read the Log first

Open AI AutoPost → Log. Look for lines with the campaign number (for example Campaign #4). They usually say exactly why nothing was posted. See Run Now and the Log for common messages.

2. Is the licence active?

If you see No active licence. Campaign execution is disabled., activate your licence in AI AutoPost → Settings. See Activate your licence.

3. Is the campaign Live?

In All Campaigns, the campaign needs the green Live badge. A Draft campaign never runs on its own. Open it and click Publish.

4. What does Run & Status say?

Open the campaign:

  • Draft — click Publish to run it on its schedule. – it is not live.
  • Post limit reached — raise "Max posts" to keep posting. – increase Max posts.
  • Next run: in 1 hour – it is simply waiting. Check the Start Time too, and the Auto Setup posting time.

5. Try Run Now

Click Run Now. The result card tells you what happened:

  • No new posts this time – the feeds have no new article, or all were skipped by your filters.
  • Not enough credits – see AI errors and credit problems.
  • Campaign run failed – read the reason shown.

6. Check the feeds

  • Open each feed URL in your browser. You should see XML, not an error.
  • Log lines like Feed … unreachable or returned 0 items mean the feed is down. Replace it.
  • had N items but none were new/usable – all articles were used already or skipped. Add more feeds or wait for new news.

7. Check the filters

Too strict filters can skip everything:

  • Minimum word count too high? Without full article extraction the feed summary may be only 30–50 words.
  • Skip if title contains with a very common word?
  • Many duplicate title lines? Another campaign may use the same feed.

8. No image?

Articles without any image are skipped. See No image or image download failed.

9. Posts made but not visible?

Look in Posts → All Posts under Drafts and Pending. Posts may be held by Logo Protection, Content Validation or the SEO minimum score. See Category, author and post status.

10. Runs too late or never?

Check Settings → Cron Schedule. If it shows overdue or NOT SCHEDULED, see How scheduling and cron work.
