Technical & Troubleshooting

My campaign is not posting — what should I check, step by step?

Work through these checks from top to bottom. Most problems are found in the first five.

  1. Read the Log. Open AI AutoPost → Log and look for lines with the campaign number, for example Campaign #4. They usually say exactly why nothing was posted.
  2. Licence. No active licence. Campaign execution is disabled. means you must activate it in AI AutoPost → Settings.
  3. Live? In All Campaigns the campaign needs the green Live badge. A Draft never runs on its own; open it and click Publish.
  4. Run & Status. Post limit reached means raise Max posts. Next run: in 1 hour means it is waiting; check the Start Time too.
  5. Run Now. The result card says No new posts this time, Not enough credits or Campaign run failed with the reason.
  6. Feeds and filters. Open each feed URL in your browser. Check that Minimum word count or Skip if title contains are not too strict. Articles without any image are skipped.
  7. Hidden posts. Look in Posts → All Posts under Drafts and Pending.
  8. Cron. If Cron Schedule shows overdue or NOT SCHEDULED, fix WP-Cron.
