What does Max posts mean in a campaign?

Max posts is the total number of posts one campaign may create. You find it in the Publish box of the campaign editor. It accepts 1 to 10000, and the default is 2000.

When the limit is reached, the campaign stops posting. The Run & Status box then shows Post limit reached — raise "Max posts" to keep posting. and the Log shows Max posts limit (N) reached, stopping. To continue, raise the number and click Publish again.

In AI AutoPost → All Campaigns, the Posts / max column shows how close each campaign is to its limit.

Tip: when you test a new campaign, set Max posts to 2 or 3. You can check the first posts without the campaign filling your site, and raise the limit when you are happy with the results.
