The post is simply not created, and no credit is used. AI AutoPost never publishes raw prompt text or a half-finished post.
- The Log shows lines such as AI Batch FAILED: … and Post SKIPPED: AI failed, not saving raw prompt text as post.
- Messages like AI generation failed. Please try again in a few minutes. or AI returned empty response. are usually short problems with the AI service.
- The same article is tried again on the next run. After 3 failed tries it is skipped and the campaign moves on.
- An answer from the AI that cannot be read properly also counts as failed, so it is never saved as a post and is not charged.
If the Log shows a connection error or timeout, ask your host whether outgoing connections to algopointai.com are allowed. If AI errors continue for many hours, contact support. See AI errors and credit problems.
