Every analysed post gets an SEO score from 0 to 100: 85 and above is Excellent, 70 to 84 Good, 50 to 69 Needs improvement and below 50 Poor. It comes from checks such as the SEO title, meta description, keyword placement, readability, headings, slug, internal links, featured image, ALT text, structured data, canonical, robots, Open Graph, category, tags and the duplicate check.
In SEO Settings → SEO Score you set the Minimum SEO score (default 70) and what happens below it: Publish with a warning (default) or Hold as Pending Review, so an editor checks the post first. A campaign can use a stricter value, for example 80, in its own SEO box.
You see the score in the SEO column of Posts → All Posts, in the SEO panel of the post editor and on the SEO Dashboard. The score measures how complete a post is for search engines. It is not a prediction of rankings or traffic.
