Open the campaign under News campaigns on your website's page in My Sites: its last line says why. Common reasons:
- No new news in the feeds: wait for the next run, or add more feeds.
- The article is too short or has no picture: normal for video and live-blog stories; they are skipped.
- A channel logo is in the picture: Logo Protection worked; replace feeds that often have logos (see Report).
- No credits left or the daily credit limit is reached: buy credits, or raise the limit.
- Paused on the website: press Resume on the connector page.
- Choose and save a category for this topic first: save the categories on your website's page.
- Starts after your first credit purchase: only National runs in the free trial.
- Posts are made between certain hours: it is outside your posting hours (India time).
