Invoices and billing details

Find your invoices, pay an open invoice, save invoices as PDF and add your company name, address and GSTIN.

The Billing page

In your Dashboard, open Billing (Billing & Payments). You see:

  • Total Spent, Credits Purchased and Pending Payments.
  • My Plan – your monthly plan, if you have one, with the current period.
  • Invoices – Invoice, Date, For, Credits, Amount and Status.
  • Payment History – every payment with its method and status.

Invoice status

  • Paid – done, credits added.
  • Awaiting payment – please pay this invoice.
  • Payment being verified – you told us you paid; we are checking.
  • Cancelled or Refunded.

Pay an open invoice

If an invoice is waiting, a banner shows Invoice … is waiting for payment with Pay now.

  1. Open the invoice.
  2. Under Pay this invoice by UPI, scan the QR code or copy the UPI ID.
  3. Pay exactly the amount shown.
  4. Add the invoice number in the payment note, so we can match it quickly.
  5. Click I've completed payment.

The posts are added as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Download or print

Open an invoice and click Print / Save as PDF. In the print window choose Save as PDF to keep a file.

Each invoice shows From (the seller), Billed to (you), the invoice number, date, what you bought, the number of posts and the total in rupees.

Add your business details

By default invoices are billed to your own name. To show your company:

  1. Open Profile in your Dashboard.
  2. Find Billing details for invoices (optional).
  3. Fill in Business / company name, Billing address and GSTIN.
  4. Click Save Changes.

These details are shown in the Billed to part of your invoices.

Other profile settings

  • Full Name and Phone Number can be changed on the Profile page.
  • Email cannot be changed. Contact support if you need a different email.
  • Change Password is in the account menu.

Credit History

Credit History in the Dashboard lists every credit added or used, with filters All, Used and Added, and totals for Used this month and Used today.
