Posts with a logo — don't save or review

Choose what happens when Logo Protection finds a company logo in a photo, and delete held posts in one click.

Updated 3 views

Logo Protection checks the photos of every news item before a post is made. See Logo Protection. You decide what happens when a company logo is found.

The setting

Go to AI AutoPost → Settings → Logo Protection and choose under When a photo has a company logo:

  • Don't save the post (default, recommended) – nothing is saved on your website. The downloaded photo is removed, the news item is never fetched again, and no AI credit is used, because this happens before the AI request.
  • Keep it for review – the post is saved as Pending Review and not published. You check the photo and publish it yourself, or delete it.

Click Save Logo Setting. The choice applies to new news items.

When the logo check cannot be completed (for example the server cannot be reached), the post goes to review. Nothing is thrown away on a guess.

Delete the posts already held

When posts are waiting because a logo was found, the box shows a button Delete the N held posts with a logo now. It deletes those posts permanently, with their photos. It asks you to confirm first; this cannot be undone.

It only deletes posts that are not published and where a logo was found. Posts held because the check was unsure, and posts you already published, are kept.

Which one should I choose?

  • Keep Don't save the post to make sure no photo with a channel logo ever appears on your site.
  • Choose Keep it for review if you want to see what is caught before it is thrown away.

See also Posts held for logo review.
