Content validation

Save posts with too-short titles or articles as drafts, and cut over-long titles, for all campaigns.

Updated 1 view

Content Validation is a final quality check on the finished post, after AI and translation. It applies to all campaigns. It is off by default.

Turn it on

  1. Go to AI AutoPost → Settings.
  2. Find the box Content Validation.
  3. Tick Enable content validation.
  4. Set the limits (below).
  5. Click Save Validation Settings.

When enabled, posts that do not meet the word limits are saved as Draft instead of the campaign's selected status.

The limits

  • Title — Minimum words (default 3) – posts with shorter titles are saved as Draft. 0 turns this off.
  • Title — Maximum words (default 25) – longer titles are cut to this many words. 0 turns this off.
  • Content — Minimum words (default 50) – posts with shorter articles are saved as Draft. 0 turns this off.

Words are counted correctly for Hindi and other languages.

How it differs from campaign word limits

The campaign's Minimum word count and Maximum word count (in Content Settings) work before a post is made. The source article is checked, and a short article is skipped: no post, no credit.

Content Validation works after the post is written. The post is still created, but as a Draft, so you can look at it.

Use both:

  • Campaign Minimum word count about 120 – skip tiny source items early.
  • Content Validation Content — Minimum words about 150 – catch AI answers that came out too short.

Finding the drafts

Go to Posts → All Posts → Drafts. The Log shows lines like Content too short (85 words < 150 min) — saving as draft or Title truncated to 25 words.

Tip: If many posts end up as drafts, see Article text too short.
