Where each news topic goes
AlgoPoint writes news in ten topics: National, International, Regional, Politics, Entertainment, Sports, Health, Lifestyle, Career and Religion.
On your website's page in My Sites, the table Where each news topic goes suggests a category of your website for each topic:
| Found by | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Same name / Same slug | Your category has the topic's name |
| Known word | A word that means the same, in English or Hindi (for example देश or India for National) |
| AI suggestion | Press Match automatically to let the AI suggest a category for the topics still open (free) |
| Your choice | You picked it |
Suggestions show in yellow until you press Save categories. Choose Do not post this topic for topics you do not want.
AlgoPoint never creates categories on your website. When you delete a category on your website, its topic stops until you choose another one.
How posts are added
- Draft: an editor checks and publishes each post.
- Published: posts appear on your website at once.
Author: one author for all posts, or a different author per topic (useful when your website has desks like Sports Desk).
Test post
Press Send a test post. It is always saved as a draft with a picture, so visitors do not see it. Open your website's admin, check it, then delete it.
Next: Campaigns and credits.
