Quick start - your first automatic post

Two easy ways to get your first automatic news post - Auto Setup for all categories, or one campaign by hand.

Before you start, make sure the plugin is installed and your licence is ACTIVE (see Activate your licence).

Auto Setup creates one campaign for each of your categories.

  1. Create your categories under Posts → Categories, if you have not done so yet.
  2. Go to AI AutoPost → Auto Setup.
  3. Under Posting time — all campaigns, choose for example Every 2 hours.
  4. Under Post language — all campaigns, choose your language (Hindi is the default).
  5. Keep SEO — automatic ticked.
  6. Scroll to Your categories and their RSS feeds. Red rows say Map required — add feeds. Paste feed URLs for them (one per line) or tick Skip.
  7. Click Save & create campaigns.

You will see Done: N campaign(s) created. Each campaign is named like Sports (Auto). Full details: Auto Setup overview.

Way 2: One campaign by hand

  1. Go to AI AutoPost → Add New Campaign.
  2. Type a title, for example Sports News.
  3. Paste one or more feed URLs into Feed URL(s).
  4. In the Publish box, tick a category under Categories.
  5. Optional: turn on the AI News Rewrite Prompt Builder to rewrite posts with AI.
  6. Click Publish.

See Create a campaign for every option.

Test before going live

  1. Set New Post Status to Draft in the campaign.
  2. Click Run Now. The campaign fetches one article immediately.
  3. A result card shows if a post was created, with a link to it and the credits used.
  4. Open the draft and check the text, photo and category.
  5. When you are happy, set New Post Status back to Publish.

Where to look if nothing happens

  • AI AutoPost → Log explains every skip: no image, too short, duplicate title, feed error and more.
  • Run & Status on the campaign shows Last run and Next run.
  • See Campaign not posting.

Tip: Each post rewritten with AI uses 1 credit. Your balance is shown at the top of AI AutoPost screens.
