By accessing or using SmartAi AutoPost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and we will notify you of material changes.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person or entity — multiple accounts are not permitted.

Use of Service

SmartAi AutoPost grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal or business content automation purposes.

Permitted Uses

• Automating content publishing to your own WordPress sites.
• Importing and rewriting content from public RSS feeds and sources.
• Using AI features to generate and enhance content.
• Managing multiple sites within your plan's limits.

Post Pack Usage

Purchased post packs are non-expiring and tied to your account. Posts consumed are deducted from your pack balance and cannot be refunded once used.

Payment & Billing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• Post Packs are one-time purchases — no recurring charges.
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
• We do not store your complete credit card or banking information.
• All sales are final unless covered by our Refund Policy.

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use SmartAi AutoPost to:

• Publish spam, misleading, or fraudulent content.
• Scrape, copy, or republish copyrighted content without permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• Create malware, phishing pages, or illegal content.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

Intellectual Property

SmartAi AutoPost and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content you create or import using our Service remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.
• Results from using the Service will meet your specific requirements.

You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartAi AutoPost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Unused post pack credits are non-refundable upon voluntary termination.
