At SmartAi AutoPost, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day refund window on Post Pack purchases under specific conditions outlined below.

Quick Summary: Unused post packs within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for a full refund. Used credits are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • The post pack credits have not been used (zero posts published using the pack).
  • The purchase was made directly on smartaiAutoPost.com.
  • The request is your first refund request for that transaction.
  • There is a documented technical issue on our end that prevented you from using the Service.

Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Post pack credits that have been fully or partially consumed.
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window has passed.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (we recommend testing with the free plan first).
  • Purchases made through third-party resellers or marketplaces.
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations.
  • Change of mind after credits have been used.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Special Exceptions
